Abstract

Nowadays, neuromuscular blocker rocuronium and antagonizing sugammadex are being used in anesthesia practice. Rocuronium and sugammadex complexes are eliminated via the kidneys. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of sugammadex and rocuronium plus sugammadex on histopathological evaluation and antioxidant status of kidney tissue for nephrotoxic effect.
