Abstract

It allows, by the use of CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovarian) protocol cloning to produce the «Young Protein» or anti-HRP (Horse-Radish Peroxydase) from the sea star IGKappa gene which corresponds to the IPA: (Invertebrate Primitive Antibody).
