Abstract

This review is based on the 2025 Endocrine Society Clinical Practice Guidelines for the evaluation and management of patients with primary aldosteronism (PA), reflecting the collective expertise and contributions of investigators and clinicians worldwide who have advanced the field. We highlight practical insights to facilitate the diagnosis, evaluation, and management of patients with PA. Our goal is to bridge evidence-based recommendations developed by experts in the field with the realities of day-to-day clinical practice and to provide clinically relevant teaching points for endocrinologists, urologists, nephrologists, and all clinicians caring for patients with PA.
